Eva La Rue started her acting career when she was 6, and eventually became a beauty queen. In 1984, she won the title Miss California in Irvine, California. She appeared from 1993-97 and from 2002-05 seasons of “All My Children, playing the part of Dr. Maria Santos Grey. Eva La Rue received a nomination from Emmy Award for Daytime for Best Supporting Actress in a TV Series for her performance on the series. She received an award for Best Original Song in 2004, when she wrote a song for scoring to a lovemaking scene of the couple Maria and Edmund in All My Children.

For years, Eva La Rue had been performing in TV movies, appearing in a film of the old Mouseketeer as Annette Funicello and Princess Serena in the remake of Remembrance, which is a brilliant work from Danielle Steel. On her “All My Children” days, Eva La Rue got close to Sarah Michelle Gellar, who played the character “Kendall Hart” on the TV series. She also played the part of on the TV comedy series “George Lopez”, as Linda Lorenzo, George Lopez’s sister.

Eva La Rue started to portray the character Natalia Boa Vista of CSI: Miami in the fall of 2005. It was a shocking revelation when Eva’s character, Vista was proven to be the mole in the Laboratory, reposting information back to the FBI. On the start of the fifth season of the series, Eva becomes a permanent cast member.
